• Payment terms and schedules must be followed as agreed in the contract.

   

3. NH Company Responsibilities

• We ensure that all staff are properly screened and meet the required qualifications for the role.
• We will replace staff if they are found unsuitable within the agreed trial or replacement period.
• We provide manpower according to Saudi labor laws and regulations.

   

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed contract.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

   

5. Liability

NH Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including accidents, natural disasters, or client-related issues.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the contract.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any client information shared with NH Company will remain confidential and will only be used for service purposes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
